If you are seeking project funding for your clients, we may be able to assist you. We work directly with a private investment firm that utilizes an innovative joint venture funding program which allows for a smooth, seamless process and a quick funding procedure. This program allows the flexibility to fund the project in an expedited manner with a minimum of "red tape". Acceptable projects may include, but are not limited to: energy projects, real estate development, commercial real estate, industrial plants, hotels, retail stores, and more. 

 

 

We are seeking projects around the world where the client is seeking from $10M to $100M for their project. The client must have some equity/investment already into the project. The project must be able to be funded through an agreed upon draw-down schedule. (No one-time lump sum funding.) 6% to 10% minimum upon approval will be needed in order to trigger the funding. This amount will be reimbursed to the client in the first funding tranche.
