NYDIT seeks to increase access to capital for local entities that are developing resources.

NYDIT is an independent, nonprofit community development financial institution that provides essential financing without which some projects could never move forward. Our fund channels private monies to community development projects. We provide a much-needed link between individuals, religious institutions, businesses and other sources of lending capital and nonprofit entities with limited access to conventional sources of capital.
